Refund Policy

At Liverpool Car Sales, you may return your vehicle within 14 days of collection for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

• 14 day refund processing period from the date of collection
• We charge an admin fee of £220 plus VAT which covers relisting, valeting and administrative costs
• A mileage charge of £1 per mile will be deducted for any mileage added beyond 100 miles
• We reserve the right to deduct a fee for any damage to bodywork as well as wear and tear
• If the registered keeper on the V5 logbook has been changed, an additional deduction of £250 will apply

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the vehicle being returned and inspected.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
